From Wednesday 19 November 2025, a new traffic trial will begin at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. Traffic filters will block most cars from driving through five streets:
Tyers Street, Glasshouse Walk, Vauxhall Street, Sancroft Street, and Newburn Street.

Parking Suspension Notices
Although the scheme does not begin until 19th November, some parking bays are being suspended in advance to allow preparatory works — such as the installation of cameras and bollards — to take place.
If you see a parking suspension notice, please do not park there, as your vehicle may be towed or you could receive a fine.
