Theme: Stronger and Fitter for the Master’s Use – Our return to in-person service has come! Oh what a joy!
The sound of joy, laughter, and greetings filled the place. The people returning home after many months rediscovered the joy of re-connection.
Powerful Prayer
Pastor Sam Sampah led the pre-service prayer. The ANC Choir followed with songs of joyful praise.

Pastor Victor Jibuike released powerful prayer during prayer. As each person walks into this refurbished sanctuary, there is an opportunity to walk into a new season of their life. Some may run with that, others may say they do not know. He expressed the desire of God to do something new in this season and encouraged all to take up the opportunity.
Pastor Ben Olokode released a word of prophecy. The Lord has brought us through the valley of the shadow of death, to this day – A new day, a new dawn. It also included a challenge for all of us. The recording of the prophetic word is available by clicking here.
Communion

Rev Sam Ajibola led the first communion in thanks for how the Lord has brought us to this place. He spoke from Psalm 100:4-5.
After communion, Pastor Jibuke greeted the church and newcomers. It was wonderful to see the many newcomers joining us today.
Emotional Maturity
Key scripture: Proverbs 16:32

Pastor Abraham Sackey spoke briefly to encourage us to consider our emotional maturity.
You can know a person’s emotional maturity by their behaviour. When you begin to understand your temperament, it helps you in your walk. The Word (Galatians 5:20) enlightens us with characteristics that are unwanted in someone who desires a “Spirit controlled temperament!”
Consider 1 Corinthians 13:11: Emotional maturity is putting away the childish things. Pastor spoke to us on this, before asking the choir to lead us in the chorus: See what the Lord has done!
Summary
The Lord has promised us that He will do something new in the place! As you read this, pray now that God will do a new thing in your life: healing, breakthrough, and things that you once thought impossible. Amen!
