National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast – Hope for the Future
The National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast, an annual recognition of the contribution that Christianity makes to the national life of the UK was held on 7th July.
The event brought together 650 MPs, Peers and church leaders who gathered together in the Houses of Parliament to pray for our Parliament, government and politics, to build relationships between church leaders and their local MPs, and to reflect upon the relevance of the Christian faith to our public life.
Claire Williams Sarpong, OCCA was the main speaker at the event this year.
Let us thank God for answered prayer because Claire was clearly filled with the Holy Spirit as she spoke and pray that all who attended the event will continue to reflect on what she spoke about and that it will influence their day-to day work and life
