Pastor Nigel offers thanks to God for all He is doing in the Eden Church including the provision of a new rented building. He visited the church with Pastor Marcus Abbott in April when they were able to pray, share communion with and encourage the leaders (please see photo on the left). Benjamin (13) and his sister, Hannah (12), have been helping to tidy this new building. Marcus and Nigel prayed and laid hands on all the Eden leaders, Benjamin and Hannah. Benjamin said that he felt God fill him. This July, Eden will organise their first youth ‘camp’. Their focus will be on becoming ethical influencers. They will make reels, music and posts around the theme of ‘how to improve Kertvaros’. This is an innovative and ambitious project.
Please pray for helpers, especially as they are seeking some professional people with technical / media skills. I am so happy that Benjamin and Hannah will be the first members of the new Eden youth group.
Judit gave her life to the Lord in January, later this month she will be baptised. She attended the Alpha course last year and is a regular home group attender. When I met her last month I was actually taken aback by the change in her face and the clear joy that is shining out.
Keep praying for The Light to shine throughout the whole of Kertvaros. The Lord does hear and He will continue to answer our prayers.
