A prophetic word was delivered by Pastor Ben Olokode on the occasion of our return to in-person service at the All Nations’ Centre, Sunday, 2 April 2023.
“If you will recall, or remember, I did speak to you at the beginning, that if you do follow me, I know the way. I know the way your project will go, and I know the way and the end of all things.
This morning you will agree within your heart, as a church and as an individual, and even as the leadership, that you have gone through the valley of the shadow of death. You have walked through it. You have thought that you will be consumed – you have come, you will not come out. Through it all I have been there with you.
For those who have held My hand I have led you through. I have made you to be more than conqueror. You have seen what your Lord can do.
Hey, hear the voice of Him who knows all things. Listen to Him who can do all things, the one that has no impossibility. All things I say are possible to those who believe. I want you to know that I expected something new, something different. You have heard several times that the building of the Church belongs to your God, and I have promised that I will build My Church even though the gates of hell stands, even though the gates of hell want to destroy, but I have said I will build it. And the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
In saying that I am speaking the same thing to your family. And I’m saying the same thing to this church, that the gates of hell, no matter how powerful they think they are, or how strong they think they are, they will not prevail against it.
But I want to say this: But you have taught much, you have not done much. I want your action as an individual to be more than your words. I want you to begin to act as what you have heard. You have heard so much more you have not acted on it, from your leaders you have heard so much. I don’t want you to build as a follower on the authority of your leaders. I want you to build on My authority.
But remember they are speaking on My authority. They are speaking as I lead and as I guide and as I direct. Let this walk that you are starting this day be a work of faith, a work of faith on your Lord and a walk of faith through your leaders. Follow them and they will lead you aright.
I want to promise you something that if you look on to Me. I will begin to do something new. Not only in the Church, in your homes, in your family, I will begin to do something new, but if you follow Me! Because I promised and I always fulfil My promises.
This day is a new dawn. This days is a new day that the enemy does not expect you to see, but you have gone through it. You have walked through it. You have swam through the trials and tribulations and you have come out on the other side. I want you to know there are new things that I want to do. I want to do it through you, and I want you to follow. Follow Me and I will not disappoint you.
I want to heal diseases. I want to touch lives. That which you think is impossible. I want to make it possible, and I want my anointed, my leader, I want him to begin to believe. I want him to begin to announce, proclaim. I want you to begin to stand without even walking, talking, I will begin to do something. When he stands I will walk. When he stands, I will talk. When he stands I will perfect that which is imperfect.
Look onto Me and you will not be ashamed. Follow Me and you know that you are following the right path. I will be with you. Hold on to Me, says your Lord.”
