Prayer

Chorus: You are the Lord; let Your Name be Glorified!

The Lord is a Father who is always ready to receive you. He is ready to receive you in your hard times, pain, despair, and time of need. Turn onto the Lord. Jesus channels the Father when He says, “Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Spiritual Song: Let Your Holy Spirit Come and Take Control.

There is a struggle in the world right now. People are going through struggles. However, God is about to birth something in us! Jer 20:9

“Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him,
Nor speak anymore in His name.”
But His word was in my heart like a burning fire
Shut up in my bones;
I was weary of holding it back,
And I could not.

Pray for and release a blessing upon all your brothers and sisters, on all those around you.

Consider Luke 17:1-4 – It is a fearful word! It is better not to give offense, and rather to give blessings! We must take care to not allow our words to oppose or curse others, even inadvertently. When we do, we must learn to repent and seek forgiveness.

A Refurbished Building Requires a Renewed Mind

Deaconess Gbemi Pat Adekoya spoke on this subject. The Holy Spirit is key in the transformation of the mind. We must continually seek the Spirit by reading His Word. When we do, it will show in how we act, how we treat the building.

Philippians 2:5-11

Hymn: O Thou who camest from above

Homework – Harsh Realities and False Hopes

When Paul wrote his greetings, he gave a list of those to be greeted and a list of people to be warned. Which list would you be in? Are your names written for good in God’s book of remembrance, or will you be remembered for the hurt. Reflect on these things. If you want to speak on this subject, please let Pastor Sackey know during the week!
