The Indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit
by Brother Deji Adesina
“Every believer is a temple of the Holy Spirit”
1 Cor 6:19, Romans 8:9-11, Romans 8:26, John 14:16-17
- Help us to live as your holy temples.
- Help us to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit
- Help us to yield to your leading and guidance.
Spiritual Receptivity – Where He leads me, I will follow. There is a call and then the response follows – call and response.
- Do you know when He is speaking? Consider Samuel.
- “God speaks to us through our conscious”
- We need to stop, observe and contemplate
- Recognition, Acceptance, Receptivity,
- Practical Spirituality?
- “I will start to speak when you stop talking. Be quiet and let God speak
- Are you observant?
Pray on the above points.
“It is for our own benefit that we hear Him speak. It is for my benefit that I respond to Him.” Would you agree?
There are so many voices, so I should discern.
Bless the Lord for what you are have heard today.
