Theme: In Christ Jesus – As this series draws to a close, we must remind ourselves why we started it. The world constantly pushes philosophies that run against the truth of Scripture. Colossians 2:8 in the New Living Translation warns us: “Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high‑sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ.” Because of this, we must stay anchored in what God says, not in what culture suggests.
Throughout this series, every preacher has reminded us that everything we need is found in Christ Jesus. 2 Peter 1:2–4 teaches that if the provision is in the promise, then we must know the promise to walk in the provision. Therefore, Peter describes these promises as “exceedingly great and precious” because they carry divine power.
The Promise is The Word
The promise is in the Word. Consequently, we must read the Word and know the Word. When we do, we know Jesus because Jesus is the Word. As we grow in Him, we hear the phrase “complete in Him” quite often. Yet what does it actually mean?
It means:
- nothing lacking—in quality, quantity, effect or purpose.
- fullness upon fullness.
- everything functioning exactly as God intends.
- Most importantly, it’s the completion exists in Him, Christ Jesus.
Because of this, we must recognise that nothing truly useful exists outside Christ.
In this message, Pastor Abraham Sackey explains how we become complete in Christ Jesus and how we can walk in that reality daily. He shows us that completion in Christ is not a theory. It is a lived experience which shapes our decisions and it strengthens our identity. It transforms our perspective. And it empowers us to reject every philosophy that tries to pull us away from the truth.
In Christ Jesus, we stand complete, we lack nothing and we walk in fullness!

In Christ Jesus – Complete In Him
Join Us
We meet in person at the All Nations’ Centre, Tyers Terrace, London SE11 5LY. You are very welcome to join us. All our Sunday Services start at 9.30 am. The doors open at 8.30 am, and the prayer service begins at 9 am. The All Nations’ Centre is where the community meets with God as a congregation. Please help us to make it a welcoming environment for all.
There are many advantages to meeting together. As the writer of the book of Hebrews writes, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25) Do not miss this opportunity to meet and encourage your brothers and sisters! Often, we provide personal ministry and one-to-one encounters. Do not miss the opportunity to meet with God and be transformed.
