Theme: Jesus, the Bread of Life – Pastor Ade’s Good Friday message laid a strong foundation, and Pastor Abraham Sackey built on it with depth and clarity. Jesus described Himself as the Bread of Life, and this truth includes every provision God designed to sustain life for His glory. However, many believers still ask an important question: How do we access Him? Matthew 15:21–28 gives us the answer.
We access Jesus as the Bread of Life in the same way the Syro‑Phoenician woman did.
- She recognised Jesus for who He was and trusted Him to deliver her daughter.
- She refused to let any apparent hindrance or insult stop her.
- She accepted the bread even when it came labelled as crumbs. The packaging never mattered to her, because she knew the source. She wanted what came from the Bread of Life Himself.
Pastor Abraham also drew lessons from Samson and the prodigal son. Both stories reveal how important it is to recognise your need and call on the One who can supply your need.
So what should you and I preach to a world that feels hungry and therefore angry? We must preach Jesus as the Bread of Life. We must tell the world that Jesus does not only provide bread for life. Jesus is the Bread of Life. Because of this, we must focus on eternal issues rather than temporary fixes.
Only when we preach Jesus as the Bread of Life will our words carry spirit and life. Jesus takes those words, energises them by His Spirit, and brings salvation, satisfaction, and preparation for heaven.

Join Us
We meet in person at the All Nations’ Centre, Tyers Terrace, London SE11 5LY. You are very welcome to join us. All our Sunday Services start at 9.30 am. The doors open at 8.30 am, and the prayer service begins at 9 am. The All Nations’ Centre is where the community meets with God as a congregation. Please help us to make it a welcoming environment for all.
There are many advantages to meeting together. As the writer of the book of Hebrews writes, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25) Do not miss this opportunity to meet and encourage your brothers and sisters! Often, we provide personal ministry and one-to-one encounters. Do not miss the opportunity to meet with God and be transformed.
