Can the wicked person be blessed? Though we may bring the Word of the Gospel of Peace to bless, only those with a heart to receive it will be blessed. Join us as we declare our dependence on our God and King. The Saturday Morning Prayer meeting is ready to receive like-minded hearts.
The meeting runs from 8 am to 10 am. You can find Zoom details on this page.

Prayer
Chorus: I will bless the Lord
Take time to pray for your family wherever they are.
As we are in a year of elections, pray for God-fearing leaders who will lead their people into faithfulness. Ask the Lord to make His will apparent in those appointed to high office. May the heart of the king rest in the hand of the Lord.
Pray for those areas where there are wars: Ukraine/Russia, Israel/Gaza – ask for peace to reign over all.
Consider the youth and their challenges. Pray that the Lord will supply all their needs and guide them to good choices.
Intercede for the needs of families in your assemblies. Ask the Lord for the blessings of His presence there.
Pray for yourself that you remain steadfast in Christ, that your faith and belief in God will stand firm, and that you will make the right choices.
Bring to mind those who are facing trials of all kinds. Hold them up to the Lord so that they may find peace and victory in God and King.
Give thanks to the Lord for all His mercies and the answer to every prayer.
Can the Wicked Person be Blessed?
Though we may bring the Word of the Gospel of Peace to bless, only those with a heart to receive it will be blessed. The same word on a hard-hearted person does not rest there but returns to the one who blesses. The Lord brings the rain and sun upon the just and the wicked. However, only the one who receives it with a good heart will bring forth good fruit from that blessing.
At the same time, cursing dwells in the bones of someone who curses. Do not curse, but bless, as it says in Matthew 5:44-46.
Key Scripture: Matthew 10:11-14
