Everyone has emotions. Some of us can hide our emotions. This can also be seen as temperament or disposition to life. Our emotions can sometimes trip us up. Our expression of emotion reveals more than we want to.

Key Scripture: proverbs 16:32

Wars have started because of anger – human emotion. The definition of emotions is “a person’s or animal’s nature, especially as it permanently affects their behaviour.” The tendency to behave emotionally is listed alongside idolatry and sorcery. Can you imagine how this affects our ever-closer collaboration? And yet, a Holy Spirit-controlled emotional health can transform your life for God’s glory! Find out more:
