Consider this: You are seeking the Lord, and the words come to you in prayer saying: “I will build My Church!” How would you react to those words? Will it be a terror or a comfort for you? Pastor Sackey starts us on a journey that will continue over the first quarter of 2023.
Key Scripture: Matthew 16:18
The church belongs to the risen Christ, who will build His Church. He has graciously invited us along. Some of us feel like the Church belongs to us, like Herod thinking the kingdom was his. Those who understand who the Church belongs to will find real contentment and are willing to work alongside Him. God is looking for people to be involved in His project. Are you willing?
Listen to the sermon in full. You will find the encouragement you need to be one who declares, “Build Your Church, Lord!”
Sermon Notes
I will build My Church
It is a new year and we are counting down the days until we return to in-person services at a newly refurbished All Nations’ Centre.
The Lord wants us to be a part of the building of His Church. If you would like to get involved please get in touch with the church office, and someone will be in touch. There is plenty to do. There will be more when we return to worshipping at the All Nations’ Centre.
