What Have You Brought To The King

Theme: They Shall Call His Name Immanuel This week, Ps Emmanuel Mbakwe invites us to reflect on the Wise Men who travelled far to find the baby Jesus. They came with purpose, and they came with gifts. Their journey shows commitment, determination, and unwavering focus. More importantly, their example challenges every believer to approach Jesus the King with the same heart of worship.

The Wise Men never arrived empty‑handed. Instead, they opened their treasures and presented gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Their actions raise a powerful question for us today: What have you brought to the King?

God calls us to worship Him with our whole lives. Therefore, we come with surrender, submission, and a fresh dedication to His purpose. As we reflect on Matthew 2:11, we see a clear picture of true worship: they entered the house, saw the Child, fell down, and worshipped Him. Then they offered their gifts with joy and reverence.

This message reminds us that Immanuel, God with us, deserves our best. So today, we choose to bring Him our devotion, our obedience, and our lives.

Are you living a life of surrender? Perhaps this Christmas season you want to get to know the Christ in Christmas. If you would like to become a Christian, now is the time! Click here to learn more.

They Presented Gifts To Him: Gold, Frankincense, Myrhh – What Have You Brought To The King?

Join Us

We meet in person at the All Nations’ Centre, Tyers Terrace, London SE11 5LY. You are very welcome to join us. All our Sunday Services start at 9.30 am. The doors open at 8.30 am, and the prayer service begins at 9 am. The All Nations’ Centre is where the community meets with God as a congregation. Please help us to make it a welcoming environment for all.

There are many advantages to meeting together. As the writer of the book of Hebrews writes, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25) Do not miss this opportunity to meet and encourage your brothers and sisters! Often, we provide personal ministry and one-to-one encounters. Do not miss the opportunity to meet with God and be transformed.
